Self-service kayak rental by Meripirtti Beach 1.6.-31.8.2024. You always book and pay your rental kayaks on our webshop. We deliver your rental kayak to Meripirtti Beach, which is an easy spot starting and ending your kayaking tour.
Meripirtti Bay is a doable kayaking destination also for beginners on mild wind. You can visti little Puosi Beach or Tiiranta Cafe at Finnby village or just tour around with your rental kayak. If you want to have a longer tour, let us know. Everything depends on your kayaking and navigation skills. If you are not ready to take a longer tour alone, we are happy to offer one of our expoerienced and warmhearted guides on your service.

Prices
We rent size M seakayaks, with adjustable foot rests. With a kayak you'll have also a life vest, paddle and a spray skirt.
Minimun rental time is 2 hours and price 30 € per two hours. Extra hours are always 5 €. For example a four hour rental is 40 €.
Estimate you rental time
Average paddling speed is 3-6 km / hour depending of course of speed and direction of a wind and how advanced kayaker you are. Despite the actual kayaking time, reserve some 10 minutes before and after kayaking for adjutments and cleanig your rental kayak.
Kaukassalo Tour 3 hrs, for kayakers with some experience
Puosi sandbeach 2 hrs, for kayakers with little experience
Finby 2 hrs, for kayakers with little experience
Tips and hints
There is a good parking area for your car.
There are changing rooms on Meripirtti Beach, you may change your clothes there. Remember a cap and a sun cream.
There is a dry-toilet, you can visit a toilet before and after your kayakin tour.
When renting your kayak we will provide some ideas for routes.
If you are an advanced sea kayaker and ready to paddle on open sea, we recommend you to hire a guide, hwo can show you around and takes care of your trips safty. You can also start from Niksaari Island.
If you are interested in an easy kaykain tour suitable also for beginners, let us take you to Kiskonjoki River.
